£10,000 in prizes. £3,000 for the winner.

The Hainsworth Team Event is aimed at genuine amateur players. So you will not be allowed to enter if:

1. You are a current professional player in any cue discipline.

2. Have been a professional at any time during the last five years.

3. Are currently an international player, or have been in the last two years.

4. You are a player on the 2008 IPA tour.

5. You have won more than a £1,000 in the last two years playing pool, or have been part of a team that has won £1,000 or more in the same period.

Rileys rules apply to all Area and National events. These are taken from established E.P.A. rules with ‘touching a cushion shot’ and an open break shot variations.

To minimise travelling, all early rounds will be played locally in order to then qualify for eight regional finals. Winners and runners up will take part in the National finals.

Each team is allowed two reserves.
