The Hainsworth British Amateur Singles Event is aimed at genuine amateur players.

So you will not be allowed to enter if:

1. You are a current professional player in any cue discipline.

2. Have been a professional at any time during the last five years.

3. You are a top 64 player on the 2009 IPA tour.

4. Are considered to be of professional standard.

Rileys rules apply to all Area and National events. These are taken from established E.P.A. rules with ‘touching a cushion shot’ and an open break shot variations. Details of rules here.

To minimise travelling, all early rounds will be played locally in order to then qualify for the regional finals. Winners and runners up will then take part in the National finals.

Closing date for event is Monday 30th March 2009.

Organisers decision is final in all matters.
